Porch pick up in Greenfield, IN: located near JB Stephens Elementary, exact address will be on your invoice! Friday and Saturday pickups are typically available 9-11am, with 9am as the preference.

Porch pickup in Fishers, IN: located in Charleston Crossing, exact address will be on your invoice! Friday pickup is before 9am or after 5:30pm. Saturday pickup is 9-11am, with 9am as the preference.

Delivery available upon request, and is subject to availability in CENTRAL INDIANA.

Shipping available upon request, and is subject to availability, and may only be shipped to an address within Indiana state lines.

When should I place my custom order?
As early as possible! Orders with a turn around time of less than 14 days require a 25% rush fee. Fill out an inquiry form as soon as you know the date of your event or celebration to make sure you get on Michaela's Cookies calendar.
*Reminder: Custom decorated cookies take many hours to design, bake, decorate, photograph and package! Michaela may not always be able to accommodate last minute orders.*

Do you make allergy-friendly, gluten-free, dairy-free or vegan cookies?
No. Michaela's Cookies operates under the Indiana Cottage Food Laws and bakes out of their home therefore cannot accommodate any allergies. Michaela's Cookies cannot guarantee products are free of any cross-contact with allergens.

Do you offer refunds?
Michaela's Cookies tries their best to remedy any problems before orders goes out the door, but if there is a problem, please email us. Remember we are all human!

How many cookies are in a dozen?

How many cookies should I order for my event?
It depends on what other sweet treats you will be having. A general rule of thumb is 1-2 regular size or 2-3 mini size cookies per guest.

How do I decorate and store my DIY kit?
Your cookie kit will come with instructions on how to decorate and store you kit. Want your kit to last longer? Throw it in the freezer and take out 30 mins before you want to unleash your creativity!

​Cookie care?
Cookies are best enjoyed within 5 days when stored at room temperature in their cellophane bags. Store cookies in their cellophane bags in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. Do NOT store cookies in the refrigerator. Keep cookies in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Want your cookies to stay fresh for longer? Cookies can be frozen to preserve freshness. Simply place your cookies into a lidded container and place in the freezer. Remove cookies 24 hours in advance and leave at room temperature. Do not remove the lid until the cookies are thawed entirely.

Cake and cupcake care?
Cakes are best enjoyed within 3 days when properly stored. Take cake out 1-2 hours before serving to come to room temp. Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Store cake box in the fridge. Pickup and carry the box carefully from the bottom. Always keep the cake level - transportation, refrigeration, and display! Use a sturdy cake stand atleast 1 inch wider than the cake board. Store leftover cake in an airtight container in the fridge.
