• trays for students to take their masterpieces home

• plastic table cloths can be provided to protect the work surface

Don't have a space big enough to host, or don't want to deal with the setup and cleanup of hosting at your house? Let us know and we can help you find a venue!​​

• tables and chairs can be provided if additional seating is needed 

• ​a small TV is needed to connect the document camera for live demonstration which can be provided 

• snacks and drinks can be provided for an additional fee upon request

• travel fee — waived if the event is within 20 miles of Fishers, IN. We will only participate in events within Indiana state lines.​
